Trig T22 + TN72 = Rebate?

Can someone clarify for me if I buy the bundle of the Trig T22 transponder, TN72 GPS, and TA70 antenna if I would qualify for the FAA $500 rebate?

On the FAA site the TN70($$$) is all that's listed on the approved position source, so I'm thinking not but just want to verify.

The TN70 is TSO'd. The TN72 meets the requirements of the TSO and is acceptable for Experimental, Gliders, and Light-Sport, but it is not TSO'd.
My understanding is that TSO'd equipment is required for the new FAA rebate.
