Canopy Frame Fit

Need advice: all my aft fus bulkheads are ~3/16 taller than the drawing specs. Consequently, 407, the passenger backrest bulkhead stands proud of the aft canopy frame and makes the transparency-mounting tube come into contact with the skin aft of 407. I know I can bend the tubing up and away, but are there any pitfalls from 407 being taller than the canopy frame, otherwise?

I don't believe so. The tubing aft of F-407 can be bent up to not contact the skin, and the canopy trimmed as required.
