Drilling Flaperon Torque Tube question

I plan to match drill the flaperon torque tubes to the torque arms next week. I have NOT attached the tail cone or installed the wings yet.

My question has to do with the Baggage Corner Skins. For those of you that performed this step (plans page 32-10) without the tailcone installed, what did you do regarding the Baggage Corner Skins?

Do the corner skins need to be in place with temporary fasteners or can they be left off all together?

I did not have them in place when I did mine. It didn't/doesn't look to me like they'd be a factor. I suppose I won't know for sure until everything is all together but I don't believe it'll be a problem.
