I've always had great service from Loehle. About a month ago I placed an order for Wonderfil directly with Sandy over the phone. She told me the order would go out the next day. A week later a attempted to call to get status as well as email. All I got was voice mail or no answer on the phone and no response to email. Two weeks later I did get an email from Sandy stating they had a shortage of chemicals to manufacture the product. Skip another two weeks and I was able to reach Sandy on the phone. Same status with no idea on what the ETA may be.
I'm planning on canceling the order today. Fortunately, they didn't charge my credit card.
I usually like to support small business and am usually forgiving to minor glitches in the ordering process. However, I am very intolerant when folks don't communicate and think their problems go away by ignoring the situation.
No response to emails, a phone that doesn't always roll to voice mail (ie unanswered), and not managing inventory are just not something that is not going to increase business or customer satisfaction. I'm voting with my feet and taking my business elsewhere.
