Add screws to Bottom root fairing

Blain, thats a very good idea. That's always an area where the root fairing is not very secure and tends to have a gap. The rubber gap seal makes it even worse.

The only possible down side I can think of:
If there is any flexing of the wing spar in flight, that fairing will slide across the fuselage bottom a little bit, so think of the overlap like fish scales.
If you screw it down, there may be some pull on it with positive G maneuvers?
What the heck? put a small pan head sheet metal screw in it, and see if it gets pulled after many flight hours?
If so, install a plate nut in the fuselage hole. Oval the fairing hole for movement, add a thin washer under the head of the screw? not too tight to allow some movement?
