Main Gear Wheel Pants Cutout

For some reason the instructions in 34-06 are not working. Apparently the nose pieces are not the same left and right side. When I apply the dimensions to one side it makes a slot, on the other pant it just don't work.
Are we supposed to just come up with our own cutout location?

I did not have a problem with either side using the drawing on 36-04. If you are using intersection fairings you can open up the slot much larger but make sure the fairing covers the final slot.
