Auxiliary audio out jack

The volume of the audio when I am recording is too low. Is there a means to increase the volume through this jack separately?

Thanks,

Isolating jack from ground?

Hi all
I am about to install the auxiliary audio output jack as described in KAI 31B-17.
I am not sure whether I shall isolate the ground body of the jack from the seat panel (as we did for the headset jacks) or if it shall contact to the lower side of the seat panel.
KAI only says to ignore ground lug, but according to the figure, the connector housing will connect to airframe ground.
How did you do this? And how well is your external audio input signal on your GoPros?
Thank you very much
Chris

Best practice is to have a single point ground, usually at the audio panel or intercom. e.g., isolate all jacks, run a ground wire back to the intercom. Both hot and ground wires should be inside a shield, which is grounded only at the intercom.
