Machine countersink error

In re-reading the instructions, I realize I countersunk the wrong parts. Ordering new ones.

I always ask myself, "Do you feel comfortable with that and your family member in the plane?
Then I ask Vans and order a new part!:D
 
If it were me, I'd order a new rib. Your proposed fix will have no shear strength. The only acceptable repair that comes to mind is trimming off the flange and replacing it with a patch riveted to the rib. Not worth it IMHO.
