How to form #40 dimple in inaccessible location

I need to form a dimple in a #40 hole that I can't access with squeezers. Is there a tool or technique for forming a dimple in a remote location?

I have found that the pop rivet dimples do an OK job at best, especially in SS.

If hard pressed, I use this tool then, machine CS a touch to flush the rivet.

I made two holders for the dimple dies (from 1/2" steel rod) and use a rivet gun with mushroom head and bucking bar with them. It is easy to ruin the tip of the die if you are not carefull though. But I like the pop rivet tool on thin sheet stock.

I like these but in my experience you have to really make sure that the pressure is dialled quite low lest you create smileys.
