On page 28-04 the F-14108 fuel pump brackets do you put 2 or 4 nutplates on each bracket, and if it is two do they go in the center two spots on each bracket?

Now I'm at the same point, and I wonder why the two spots outboard in each bracket have no nut plate? When does that come along? Sure would be easier to put those in now; or is this an RV10 vestige.

I assumed the extra holes were leftover from the RV10 and not used.

Also note a couple steps further into the chapter, that when you install the fuel selector bracket that you must orient it with the centered hole towards the rear- I didn't the first time and got to install it a second time
