Red face RV-3A complete to Aprox QB stage

The RV-3A kit we have for sale is approximately at the quick build stage. The tail feathers, flaps, wings,& ailerons are mostly done. The fuselage is open top or canoe stage. The kit is SN10006 with both the 1973 & 1984 blueprints/plans. It is mostly crated and ready to move. 3 crates and a rack with an 1946 Lycoming 0-235 very well secured on it. Cowling and wheel pants are loose.
I can Email pictures looking into the crates and boxes. It comes with the upgrade parts for the wings but they are not installed. The engine doesn’t have logs but turns fine with a helper bar. It has new plugs and wires. The kit has the Motor mount on and has wheels/brakes new in the boxes.
I am asking $ 9,995.00 or $ 8,500.00 for the kit without the motor. My wife and partner is firm(ish) on the price. She would like to build the kit, but we are at least a couple of years before starting on it. Would be our first time to build. She does fly, but doesn’t like to just punch holes in the sky. Figured if I had a single seater, she could tell me “Go Fly” and get rid of me for a couple of hours. While not a bad idea, I like to take other people along with me, but do fly alone a lot.
If you’re looking for a good kit, bring a DAR and $. Located in SW New Mexico.
I have considered splitting the kit from motor with the kit selling first.
I am training to become a CFI and work part time so I am sometimes slow to answer emails but I try to stay on top of this.
Thanks for looking
