Default F902 Bulkhead, F718 Upper Longeron, DWG 23

Is there a rivet?
The DWG calls out AN470AD4-6 but doesn't actually show the hole. Nothing I could find on DWG 24 either. No holes predrilled. Looks like there should be a rivet but edge distance is going to be close on the F902 flange.
The substructure is riveted but still this spot is still accessible.

It's been a while, but according to my log I did put a 4 in there before I flipped the canoe.

I have a hole there, but I haven't put in the rivet. I think I remember wondering if it was going to interfere with something.
