Windscreen fans

Anyone know what the three wires on our two defrost fans (windscreen) are? Red should be 12+ , black I would say 12- (gnd) and then there is a blue wire?

I think that's a speed sensing wire if you use the fans in a computer. We won't use them. So just clip and secure.
