What is the large hole next to the access plate for?



It is a pretty big hole and I don't see it mentioned in the plans anywhere. Of course, I could have missed it.
 
Perhaps a tooling hole. Looks like you are looking at the rivet call out drawing, I wouldn't use it for specific info on a part.
 
This is not a question about the plans. There IS a hole on the left wing bottom inboard skin and not on the right wing. It is 8.6 mm in diameter and I did not drill it there.

I was just wondering what it would be for.
