Gretz Heated Pitot - Need Instructions

Years ago, I got a deal on a second hand Gretz heated pitot.

Unfortunately, when I pulled it off the shelf this evening, there are/were no instructions and I can't find instructions online other than <maybe> some pay to play download sites, which look a little sketchy. Angus aviation (the manufacturer) is apparently out of business, and if you try their site, you get a very suspicious redirect.

All that said, does anyone have installation instructions for a GA-1000 pitot?
