Default Airpark Home near Ocala

A few weeks ago there was an advertisement about an airpark home for sale near Ocala Florida. I wonder if information is still available by someone who knows?
PM me would be appreciated.
Thanks
Dave

Could it have been Jumbolair Estates just outside of KOCF?

Default Leeward

There is a member over on BeechTalk that has been trying to sell his house on the Leeward Air-ranch located just south of the Jombalair estate.

That house is at Leeward Air Ranch. It's listed on Barnstormers, if you browse airport properties and look in the Florida section, you'll find it. It looks to be a great deal.

Jumbolair is very expensive - homes there typically $2M and up.

Realtor listing for the Leeward house:

The property was 3 acres and a ranch home about 2500 Sq feet. The price was 259,000.
A good price for the property I thought. At the time I just passed it by, but now I am in Florida and thought I would drive to look first hand. I cannot find the information now. I think it was mention here on this site but the owner, not sure however.

I appreciate all responses to my ad.

Leeward Air Ranch is a great aircraft community with a fantastic grass runway, about 6000 long and firm and smooth enough for jets to operate on. Roads in He community are also taxiways. Its located just north of Belleview, probably 15-20nm south of Jumbolair.
