Default Page 8-04, step 4

Plans call to final drill "#12 the four 3/16 holes common to the spar and spar doubler into the hs-00913 front." When did we "match drill these holes?

can't say exactly re the holes in question - but final drilling holes doesn't necessarily mean that they were ever match drilled. They may be pre-punched holes that just need to be final drilled to a larger size. Go back through the instructions to be sure if you are concerned.
