Default Byonics "extended" warranty :-)

This is a public Thank You to Allen of Byonics. I bought my tracker a few years ago, and just in the last two years I was getting some intermittent transmission. Finally got around to doing some trouble shooting with an alternate supply and gps and having no luck. Contacted Allen and he told me to send it in for troubleshooting.

Short story, he found a bad oscillator, and scavenged a replacement oscillator from another unit. Shipped it back to me in a pinch. When I asked how much... no charge!

Been in our plane for the last month or so, and tracker working wonderfully.

My experience exactly. Allen is great with customer service and just a very good person.
