Nope, that was not it. The Vsense wire was connected to the VPX input terminal. That is my main bus

B&C is going to replace the diodes in the alternator just because. They were not able to replicate my problem on the bench. Will reinstall and test once I get the alternator and voltage regulator back.

Not a good design IMO, the master should kill power to the alt 'B' lead.
