Wing attach

Getting ready to attach wings to fuselage. Is it easier to attach the wings with flaps already in place or to attach wing to fuse then attach flaps to the wing?

My recommendation would be wing first, then add the flaps ailerons and wing tips.

You do not want anything loose flapping around when you are lifting and holding the wings in place. Also the closer to the bolt attach area you can get the better. No problem installing the flaps last.

Is this final? don't forget nut plates for gap fairing, and aileron control rod ;-)
