28-02 question

How do you break the edges in the middle of the floor pans? Other than to use a hand break, which most people don't own. Do I have to go to a machine shop to get this done? I know that an air conditioning place would have a way to bend metal in the middle of a sheet.

Or is breaking the edges even necessary?

I took it to mean break the edges aft of the line not bend on the line indicated.
