RV-3 elevator re-skin

I've been asked to quote the time to replace the skin on the R/H elevator of a RV-3. Any estimates from those who have built one would be appreciated.

The trailing edge has some hangar rash (skin crack).

I rebuilt both elevators at the end of my build after my craftsmanship improved. I estimate it will take around 15-20 hours including time required to build the required wooden jig.

I agree with Rob, it should be pretty straight forward. Apart from the stiffeners there is nothing else in there, so as long as you are good at drilling out rivets and the skeleton is undamaged it should easy enough. A jig will be needed to ensure it doesn't have any twist. You should be able to back drill the spar and end ribs to the new skin.
