Default Monitoring Received APRS Traffic

Need an education on how I can see stations heard by my I Gate N1FLY-1. Trying to determine if I am having an antenna issue or some other receiving problem.

If I see stations heard on aprs.fi is that an indication of stations heard or ones where successfully sent to and processed by aprs.fi.

https://aprs.fi/info/a/N1FLY-1

Thanks

Position packets sent is what is making it to the servers. The stations heard typically won’t include airplanes for some reason.

Steve,

From the URL you included, look at "Position packets heard directly". It show "10" for your currently. If you are in a busy area, this number is low.

As a comparison, you can look at KQ4KK-5, located southwest of your site.
