Default Panel finished

Been finished for awhile, but these also have the wind screen and dash complete. Running around 7.5 - 8.0 amps

Denis, how did you do your white labels? Are those dry transfer labels?

They are water slide, which I purchased from Aircraft Specialty. I ordered some dry transfer, but for some reason the PDF file I sent them would not print at 100% size and I did not have the original file used to make the PDF. I have a feeling the water slides are not going to hold up, but we'll see.

That's what I built. Not finished yet. There are still some labels missing, some are temporary. It's a lot of fun to play with.

All very nice work. Iím looking for a 9A. Just looking at pictures was wondering how one gets in behind a solid panel on a slider for upgrade or maintenance?

This isn't a great pic of it, but its the best I had to show. My 9 has 4 access panels built into the cowl section for access. All the fuses, battery, and avionics are under the 4 panels. Its this route, or hang upsidown under the dash to get stuff done. This is a much better option!!

Thatís a beauty Pete! Would a long one piece cut-out work as well or getting into structure there?

Default Mounting a removable tablet in my 9A panel

I finally replaced my Lowrance with a Samsung tablet for ADSB In and Out using echoUAT, Avare, Garmin GTX 327, CMAX serial to Bluetooth, sniffing, wifi, Dynon 100, 180 & AP74.

I preferred a method which enabled me to remove the tablet after each flight for charging and update. Here's a pic.

Second, I prepared a WORD narrative during the gradual installation of ADSB. I am not an EE so lots of the jargon was foreign to me. As each step was accomplished, and as my understanding of the components improved, I constantly rewrote the narrative. Anyone with the same equipment who would like a copy of my narrative, PM me and I will send it out.
