Default Why are you not using this module

I have the Vizion 385. How difficult is the automatic trim module to install? Why have you chosen not to install it?

It just takes a few minutes to install. The install manual can be found here: http://www.trutrakap.com/wp-content/...uide-Rev-G.pdf

I got a second unit when I upgraded my AFS-Pilot to a Vizion. I already had autotrim installed and don't need a second one.

I can't speak for Ron.

Default We have manual trim -- so

the auto-trim module would not do us any good.

I'm assuming you need trim sensing servos no?

Default Yes, trim-sensing servos

would be required --- all of the TT pitch servos I have installed over the past several years had that feature.

I would like to have an autopilot automatic trim capability for my RV, especially since I converted to electric trim last fall. However, I need to focus on other priorities at this time. Looking at the installation guide it appears that it would take me a couple of days to install and wire up. My wife says it's time to stop improving the RV and just fly it!

If you still have the auto trim module after a couple of months have past contact me and maybe the timing will be better. Hopefully they will both be sold quickly and I won't be tempted to do another upgrade. Good luck.

Default I know the issue --- too many upgrades and..

too little money and time!

Will do! ----- go fly!
