C-Frame parts needed (Ram, Bottom post, Bushings)

New builder is here, hope someone can suggest a solution. I purchased a used C-Frame (labeled Avery Tools) and my dimples are coming out with a crescent halo instead of a nice round one.
I carefully inspected the tool: Bottom post is wiggly like a loose tooth,
Ram face (part that holds dimple) has a visible fatigue crack, and bushings are worn.
There is a back riveting retrofit kit from Cleveland and I wonder if anyone has seen a C-Frame overhaul kit? Would appreciate your help.

Bob Avery used to sell replacement parts.
He is still in the business manufacturing tools and accessories, many of which I think are still sold by Cleveland tools.
