AFS3500 lost personal parameters

Hi everybody
I?m facing a new issue on my EFIS AFS 3500.
Each time I switch on EFIS, my personal setup previously entered are away.
It?s new.....
An other issue came up, no GPS signal for the map.
Do you have any idea about what?s going up?

Battery replacement

Sounds like you need the battery replaced. I helped a friend out a few years ago and I vaguely remember the procedure. I do remember that it was pretty simple though. You have to remove the unit from the panel, pull off the top panel and swap out the little flat lithium watch type battery. I don't remember the battery type, 2032 maybe? Check AFS website and support forums. I think the procedure is listed there. If you can't find what you need contact AFS and they can explain their procedure. Rob and the crew are always very helpful.
