I have just received my exhaust system from Vetterman and was wandering if anyone has experience carbon monoxide leakage coming from the slip joints.

No

I have the CO monitors tied into the EFIS and never see anything. That's on at least 3 airplanes.

I also have tested with CO monitor and never anything.

As per plans it is still a good idea not to have a heat muffler over that joint.
