F716 L & R Inboard seat ribs?

I was very disappointed to find my F716 L & R inboard seat ribs installed untouched on my quickbuild kit! The plans tell you to drill the 1-1/2'' hole and cut these ribs out before you mount them to the spar and skin. It's going to be a b---h getting those drilled with so little room between those ribs! Have others found their quickbuilds not having this or other work accomplished?

Same here. I think I had to drill out the snap pushing holes too. It wasn't too difficult. I got a cheap right angle attachment for the dewalt cordless and used a large unibit in it to drill the hole. Debur with a scotchbrite wheel on the Dremel tool.

I've found some things not done and, worse, some things done that shouldn't have been. Like the rearmost 7 rivets on each side that attach the forward top skin installed... obviously, before the top skin was in place.
