Van's Tow Bar/ Control Lock

When I was fitting Van's tow bar as a control lock, I deviated from the plans slightly. Instead of placing the handle below the control stick, I decided to straddle it. It seems to hold the stick very nicely, in addition to the rudder pedals, and the brakes. I use it regularly at breakfast, and lunch fly-ins. Admittedly, perhaps a bit more security would be needed for overnight tie down parking, but for a quick control lock feature, it works great............Tom

Take that Velcro strap that comes with the tow bar and wrap it around the control stick and then the tow bar tubes to hold it in the neutral position!
