Trailing Edge Glue??

I completed the trailing edges on the elevators this weekend. Right side is "perfect." The left side had a couple of rivets that I didn't think we're set completely, so, ignoring my hard learned lesson to not mess with it or it will only get worse, I set the the rivets a little more. This caused the trailing edge skin to buckle up just slightly, mayb 1/32 of an inch between three of the rivets. I can press the skin down smooth with my finger, but it pops back up. Is there any type of glue that can be squirted in the gap to glue the skin to the trailing edge?

I don't think the skin popping up is a big problem, it is just that I messed it up trying to make it better. Gluing it down would make me feel much better.

Fuel tank sealant & lightly clamp. Then leave it alone for a week or so to cure.
