I realize that the date is more than a year into the future. I am running a GX-60 since December 2001. I really do not want to replace any time soon. My database may not be current but not sure I like the idea of not being able to get an update before the unit is even 20-years old.
I know Garmin purchased the company that made the unit and am thankful they supported the discontinued unit. I know the cheapest thing about flying is the PILOT and as a pilot I do not like the idea that I will need to buy a new navigator if I want to do GPS approaches after December 2020.
What other IFR navigators have had their NavData Services discontinued?
