resell 0320 RV-8

Folks,
I'm looking at a FP RV-8 with a 150hp 0320. There are some good treads and info on the site about the 150 hp 8's but I'm just wondering about down the road when it came time to sell if the small motor would have a big effect on limiting the market. Obviously there are a lot of other factors($) to consider but I'd appreciate thoughts on how big an issue it might be to re-sell when the time comes.

Many of the posters here on VAF looking for their dream RV's state that they want an 0360 or I0360 with a constant speed prop. The RV-8 buyers that I have helped find and purchase their RVs also wanted those features. That is not to say that an 0320 FP RV-8 would not be a great plane if the price was right among other considerations. Therefore, to answer to your question, the resale market for the 0320 FP might be reduced. If everything else fits your mission, don't let that be a deal breaker.
