Installing platenuts.Drawing 38 shows 8 and Drawing 12 shows 10.So we know Drawing 12 is correct but the question I have is what is the hole in the W-704 inboard skin near the trailing edge between the flap brace and spar.

I'm looking at the drawing but not clear on which hole to which you refer.
