Next RV (Utah Area)

Anyone in the Utah Area have an RV-8 that I could sit in and even potentially pay for gas to go around the pattern?

Previous owner of an RV-4 and have stick time in a -6 and -7. Getting the itch to build and want to make sure the -8 is the right one.
