Default Vans ES Dimmer pinout?

Does anyone have the diagram handy for the ES Dimmer module for LED strips that Van sells? Specifically I am looking for the wiring to the four terminals.

Vans ES DIMMER 1.5A instruction page "TE810-1 Cockpit Lamp Dimmer"
With the circuit board facing you, heat sink on top. The 4 connections from left to right:
1- potentiometer control (either wire) and optional ground
2- potentiometer control (either wire)
3- output voltage to lamps
4- input voltage - they show to nav circuit breaker / switch

I don't think this dimmer is specifically for LED unless you gang up the lamps to knock down to the required voltage. The instruction sheet shows voltage output range from 1.2v to 9.5v (12 input voltage less 2.5v)

PM me with your email if you want me to scan this sheet.
