Default oil strainer crush gasket

trying to order a crush gasket for the oil strainer on the io-390. The Lycoming parts catalog doesn't seem to show one. Is this a Lycoming error?

If you’re talking about the suction screen, your link does show one. “18” right below 19.

Exclamation Warning

Clicking on the link in post 1 will attempt to load a program called "Margefrick" or something close.

isn't item 15 the plug which holds the suction screen in? It has different safety wire holes than item 19. Shouldn't the crush gasket be between items 15 and 14?

The image was up there for a short time, then the computer went into a loop of install this, or not--------clicking no, or Xing out only restarted the loop.

Control Alt Delete finally got me out of it.

There is one for the oil suction screen on the IO-360-M1B, Item #14 below.

But note that the 1.00" I.D. Annular Gasket, Lycoming Part Number 06E19769-1.00, is Item #14 for the IO-360-M1B and Item #18 for the IO-390. And the plug LW-12545 (Item #15 for the IO-36-M1B and #19 for the IO-390) are the same between the 2 engines.

yeah, thanks. Looks like the 390 has a couple of additional parts vs. the 360 (items 13 and 15 on the 390 drawing).

For some reason they didn't show the 390 plug and gasket in line with the suction screen like they do on the 360

Has anyone here removed the screen from an IO390? are those 2 parts (13 and 15) attached to the screen when you remove it?

Actually, looking closer at item 15, it looks like an optional plug to replace the standard cap to which you can attach a hose for some other purpose

AN960 is a flat washer. AN900 is an annular copper crush washer. If you want a 1” ID you would get the AN900-16.
