Seat rib, F-704 bolts

The seat rib flanges to F-704 aft bulkhead bolts. Which way do they go in?
It looks like the head of the bolt is on the seat rib forward flange and nut and washer on the bulkhead side.

Yes, the washer and nut are on the bulkhead side, bolt head on the rib flange. Otherwise I don't think you would be able to get the bolts out after it's all assembled. Dwg 22 does show it in the exploded diagram.

Duh! Sometimes the brain checks out. I didn't even think about getting them out. But then why would they? Rivets would have to be drilled out too. Ok, no more brain drain.
