Brake Problem (Matco)

I am having a problem with my brakes not releasing completely after I use them. The pedal seems to stop maybe 1/8th of an inch before it should. I can tap on the brake pedal several times and it will fully release or I can reach down and pull the pedal about an 1/8th of an inch and it will fully release. I called Matco and really didn't get any valuable info. Both sides do this. It isn't enough to pressure on the pads to stop the plane, but you can definitely feel the release when you pull the pedal that 18th of an inch. Anyone have any ideas??

Some builders have put springs on their pedals to pull them back that last 1/8". Also be sure your hinge bolt is completely free and not binding.
