F794B Empennage fairing attachment question

How many screws are most of you using to fasten the empennage fairing to the horz stabilizer. DWG 44 shows 5 on each side, but that doesn't come out to 3 13/16 spacing between screws like shown. Just wondering.
 
I just plan to install them in the corresponding rivet locations. IE, don't install the rivets, install the nutplates instead and let the distances work out to wherever they lie.
 
I understand how to do it grayforce, I just think it needs more than five screws. Just wanted to know how many you guys are using.
 
Each side has 2 screws on the top, 1 underneath... All at the aft end
