Default WTB: EI egt probes

If anyone is upgrading to a different system, I'd be interested in picking up your Electronics International egt probes. I currently have a single egt feeding my 8 channel smartscanner, and would like to have all 4. Either Fast (preferable) or the old "Robust" (read: SLOW) probes are ok.

I have a fast probe that I installed but never flew with. I had one go bad and ordered the fast by mistake instead of the robust like the other 3. I installed this one but did not like them not matching so I ordered the correct one. I did trim the extra length off of the hose clamp but it has not been hot. EI would not return it since the clamp has been trimmed.

Would they work with the EI head unit? Doing a bit of research it looks like the GRT system uses type J probes, while EI uses type K. My regarding this topic is very limited (i.e. 30 minutes of googling just now) so anyone with insights on this topic, please feel free to straighten me out.

It appears that any ungrounded type K probes can work, if anyone has any available. Thanks.
