Default Page 48-03 Exhuast Hanger Tube

HI All,

Just wondering if you can answer a question regarding the Exhaust Hanger Tube.

I have been following the plans to the letter and on this page it makes no mention of fitting the left and right hand sides of the exhaust hanger tube. It only references the left.

The inventory has the parts for two sides, completing the right hand side is not mentioned anywhere in Section 48.

Can anyone confirm whether the right hand Exhaust Hangar tube is installed in the same place as a mirror to the left side.

There's only one hanger tube as shown on 48-03

I vaguely remember calling Van's about the extra parts I had in the kit and they said the kit was supplied by an outside vendor and had the extra part for another application.

I only installed the one side. My hanger kit could make several mounts but I assumed it was just a standard package that could be used for other exhaust configurations.

My take on the plans was that this was an asymmetrical setup.
