I need 1HR of Dual with a CFI

Hello,
I live in Fort Collins, CO and need to get 1 HR of dual instruction in either an RV6, RV7, or RV8. I just purchased a RV 8 and the insurance wants the hour of dual logged by a CFI. Any help would be appreciated.
