Panel lights wiring

I am wiring my panel again after replacing my Subaru with a Lycoming O360 and my panel lights are not working. I have a (TCVR-2) two channel voltage regulator with a bezel of blue LED panel lights on one channel and fuel gage/compass, Ray Allen trim LED bezel and Proprietary Sport AOA on the other channel. It worked before I began the process but not now. Anyone with a similar system remember anything obvious.

The power pin had backed out just enough. Found it after a continuity check and removing plastic D sub cover.
