Panel color

I joined the repeat offenders club and started a RV 12 . I think all the planes I have seen have black colored panels. My 7A had a light color which I preferred.
Do light colored panels cause too much reflection in a 12?

Photos of some light colored panels would be great!

My interior is light grey. No problems there, but I always fly with a dark shirt to avoid reflections on the D180 and the iPad I fly with.

My panel is painted Tan with black screws to match the leather panels in the seats.

I've had zero issues with reflective glare. I did clearcoat the panel with a satin finish.

I used the same grey that Vans uses on their powder coat parts. Makes things simple, powder coaters have the colors, and it looks fine.
