Flap Relay

I have an airplane I am re-doing the cockpit and I have fooled around and disconnected the flap relay without taking note of the wiring. It is a relay consisting of a board with 4 mounting screws and stand-offs to keep it off the metal as far as I can tell. The board is a green square with everything on the board exposed. Anybody have any idea what I have or how to wire it? The relay is connected to my stick switch to raise and lower the flaps.

Post a pic of both sides of the relay board. Even better if the data on the relays is readable. I'm sure we can help.

I'm wondering if this was the Van's standard in the mid 2000 time frame?

Steve, google doesn't turn up any images or data sheets on this board. It'll be nigh on impossible to help without photos.
