Corsica for ever..

Aluminium Lady has for the first time crosses Mediterranean sea to visit Corsica. Engine has never run so smooth over the water! "Ile de Beaut?" really earns its nickname !

What a beautiful island! We never flew. Went by ferry. We enjoyed the place thoroughly. It has a lot of variety, terrain and interesting history. Go if you can... Thanks for the write up and pictures. Tell us what you did while you were there. What was the overwater distance? Many thanks.

Crossing takes 45 minutes from St Tropez VOR, which is mandatory point for VFR
The days after we flow over north west of Island, from Ajaccio to St Florent gulf, passing ahead Calvi
After, we went to south west coast, from Ajaccio to Porto Vecchio, and flow over Bonifaccio
very easy to visit, and a good help from ATC, crossing some airliners to Ajaccio without any problem
