Fuel line/flaperon mixer clearance

Just installed my fuel lines as per the plans. I am a little concerned that the clearance between the bottom of the flaperon mixer and the top of the fuel return line is about 1/8".

Anyone withe similar concerns? Is this ok as is? Your council and advice is welcome. Thanks.

Don't remember my exact clearance but things were pretty tight in that area ...

Here is what I found in my build log:

28-06 Step 10

I was not happy with the flap handle assembly in the forward position striking the fuel return line even after being captured in the system blocks. I use the bending tool to put a definite and gentle four bend downward detour between the flap handle in the forward forward position and the bottom skin of the airplane, leaving a safety margin on both sides of the fuel return line.

Mine is pretty close tolerance. But after 4 1/2 years no issues.
