Pre-Purchase Inspection in Lexington, KY (KLEX)?

I'm considering purchase of an RV-12 S-LSA for sale in Lexington, KY and am in search of a qualified LSRM or A&P to perform a pre-purchase inspection on the airplane. I would greatly appreciate any referrals or recommendations.
