How to use the Chemseal B2 Tube?

I have a 3-1/2 oz tube, a black rod and a white nozzle. This comes in a package form NSL Aerospace.

I need to seal around a small flange. I've never used this stuff before. I've read the directions a half a dozen times and I'm still not sure how to use this tube assembly/rod/threaded fitting thingy.

Can someone explain how this works? Like for an idiot?

Tried to post a pic but its not working.

Thx!

I found videos on Youtube showing how to mix these tubes. Basically you push a little bit of the catalyst at the back, then a bit in the middle, then the rest near the end, then spin the tube to mix to a consistent colour. Unscrew the tube (with the flange bit on the end) and screw in the nozzle.

It turns out that the large end of the hollow tube fits over the chuck of most cordless drills, so you can spin it with drill vs by hand. Make sure you have the correct nozzles before you start mixing.

Cheers,

Phil

...and

...and it's all or nothing; you have to mix the WHOLE tube at once and whatever is not used, goes to waste...
